What we do
Stripping sod, cutting grade, digging pool and footing areas, hauling out the spoil. Tight access is normal for us, we size the machine to the gate.
Segmental retaining walls, block steps and landings, paver patios and walkways. Built on proper base depth and compacted in lifts so it stays flat.
River rock and mulch beds over commercial-grade fabric, planting, edging and clean bed lines. Low maintenance is usually the goal, so we build for it.
The whole thing at once. Demo the old yard, regrade, build the hard surfaces, then plant and finish. One crew, one schedule, one number.

CZ Outdoor Group is run by Cooper Zazelenchuk. Cooper is on every site, running the machine, and he answers his own phone. No call centre, no salesman who vanishes after the deposit.
Our block and paver guy is the best I have worked with. Walls, steps and patios come out clean, straight and dead flat. We run our own excavators and our own crew, demo through final grade, and we finish what we start before we pick up the next job.
We are building this for the long run, in the same neighbourhoods we live in. That is a good reason to do it right the first time.
